Richard resides in Warwick and cover the Midlands, the M40 corridor and North London, but has clients all over the UK.
After leaving university at age 21 in 1998, Richard became a financial adviser and has seen many positive changes in the financial services industry. He has worked in business development, company and private client advisory and private banking. However, he has worked as an Independent Financial Adviser for most of that time. This means that he can select solutions from across the marketplace, tailoring his service to the diverse needs of his clients. He specialises in private client work, including helping trustees, but he is equally comfortable advising businesses.
Richard strives to help his clients navigate an ever more complex financial landscape and hope to improve their overall position regarding their retirement, investment, protection, and succession planning needs, as well as helping his clients pass their wealth onto the next generation intact as much as possible.
All clients are different, but he aims to provide a personalised and personable service to each one.
He is keen to work with professionals and help their clients achieve their goals.
Areas Richard advises on are:
- Wealth Management
- Retirement Planning
- Inheritance tax planning and succession planning
- Protecting families and businesses from financial difficulties
- Planning at the time of divorce
Richard is a Chartered Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
Richard has lived in different parts of England, so he has developed a good understanding of people’s different attitudes and sensibilities. He has also lived and worked in Hong Kong for several years. Throughout that time, he worked and travelled throughout Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
