Dave Hadley joined the Prosperity team in 2019; but has had a working relationship with the firm for over 10 years.
Dave works with business owners, as well as private individuals, with an objective of developing a long-term relationship and helping them build effective, efficient retirement plans.
Originally from a Key Account Management & Business Development background, Dave prides himself on his communication style (plain English and no jargon!) relationship building skills and providing a great service to his clients.
With former roles in other industries – including IT Management / Consultancy, Sales & Marketing, as well as being a Commercial Director with the Chamber of Commerce – he has considerable experience working with and supporting local business owners.
An avid business networker, Dave has built up an impressive network of business connections over the last 20 years plus. His network stretches across The Black Country, Birmingham and surrounding areas and, indeed, the rest of the country; to which he frequently connects clients to his trusted contacts, where they can add value.
In addition, Dave is part of our Business Improvement and Marketing Teams – keen to get involved with the continuous development of the business, as well as events & fundraising activities.
Outside of Prosperity – he has love of Art, Music, Film, Cooking, Gaming & Sport; including being a long-suffering West Bromwich Albion fan (but please don’t hold that against him!)
